Award winning gardens & 3yrs in a row "Best Scenic View From a B&B in the United States", romantic Gracehill is the highest home in the county w/a 360 degree view of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Voted in 2010 "Best B&B in east TN," Your privacy is second only to the view. In the middle of a triangle formed by Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend, we are only minutes from all three. In Townsend you have the natural beauty and serenity of the Cades Cove entrance to the National Park. Hiking, biking, hiking, fly-fishing, tubing, caving, auto touring, spend a day at leisure and feel you have stepped back in time. Gracehill is also eleven miles from a "shop till you drop" experience in Pigeon Forge. Music theaters, outlet malls, and Dollywood are but 20 minutes away. Take a little-used entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and drive gorgeous River Road to Gatlinburg less than 15 miles away. Fine restaurants, shopping, the aquarium, the arts and crafts community, and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail are the best Gatlinburg has to offer. Breakfast is a three-course candlelight elegant affair. We use different menus, china, crystal and flower arrangements everyday. We start off with choices of beverages, a pastry, a fresh fruit, and a wide variety of main courses. This can be served on the main veranda, the formal dining room, the morning room, or the back garden patio area next to a waterfall. A beautiful sunrise, an elegant breakfast, a day spent doing nothing or everything and the romance of watching the sun go down over the mountain ranges of the Great Smokies. An intimate setting in a place of grandeur.

Well appointed Inn both inside and out. The Innkeeper was fantastic and left no detail to chance. Thank you Kathy. The view is outstanding and the only bad part was we had only one night here. We will return.

The veiw is "WOW" The room was really nice and comfortable. I don't sleep in often, but I did when I stayed there becuase it is so peacful and quiet. House is beautiful and sits by itself on top of a hill. The breakfast was to die for. The host is really helpful. What else can you say expcept that you will Get your money's worth here. After hundreds of B&B experiences, we have truly found a must stay experience. Gracehill has everything to offer for all ages of visitors. The rooms had outstanding amenities, comforts, and privacy. The panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains were inspiring and breathe taking especially at sunset. Our host and inn keeper/owner, Kathy was a delight. She was extremely helpful in our getting the most out of our trips with daily-planed outings including time & mileage, reservations at several quality restaurants that rivaled LA, Dallas, or NY, and most importantly things and places not to waist our time or spend money on. She hand-prepared customized breakfasts and was careful to take into consideration dietary or cultural needs of each of her guest. We spent the entire week being completely pampered and at the end of our stay had made a friend, found a home to go back to on future visits, and found we had made the most of our time and money while there. Centrally located in the Smoky Mountains, setting on top of a mountain, this beautifully decorated and landscaped B&B, with a gracious host begs the question; why would you want to stay anywhere else when visiting the great Smoky Mountain National Park.

You get much more then a room at Gracehill. It's more like having a multi million dollar mountain home to yourself. The views and sunsets are wonderful. Kathy is a great host.
