. . . like Tom and Wendy at the Braeside Inn. Our visit was special in every way—gracious hosts, beautiful views, wonderful food, and a relaxing, old world atmosphere. Tom and Wendy pampered us throughout our visit and we can’t wait until we're able to return. We highly recommend the Braeside Inn.

My husband and I would rate braeside Inn outstanding in all categories , It definitely exceeded our expectations in all areas. The review would not let us check all five stars. WE had a wonderful stay there and Tom and Wendy made us feel right at home. The Inn was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and plan on returning. Sincerely Chuck and Sherry.

Thy is is the most wonderful place we've ever had the opportunity to stay at. Wendy & Tom Lynde are great, great people to be around and they made us thoroughly welcome. The rooms are perfectly designed for privacy and comfort and the whole place radiates country AND Scottish charm--from the Scottish decoration & delicious treats prepared by Wendy to the landscaping & immaculately ornate wooden items fashioned by the talented Tom! The location provides quick and easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. My wife and I were not able to stay for breakfast because of time restraints, however, if the snacks provided are any indication of Wendy's kitchen skills, then I have no doubt about the food here. I highly suggest looking Wendy & Tom up and giving them the opportunity to provide as memorable of a stay as they gave us. Many Thanks to the Lyndes! Jason & Tonya Sharp (Valentine's 2015)

While traveling home from Florida to Michigan, my husband and I decided to spend New Years in the Gatlinburg area. Found this extraordinary B&B online and fell in love just from the pictures. Called the number at 5pm, got a call back by 6, and had a reservation for that night at 8! Our first choice room was available and it was more beautiful than the online pictures lead on! Tom greeted us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour and helped us find a local restaurant to grab a much needed bite to eat. Breakfast was amazing both mornings of our stay!!! Kept us full until later afternoon! The whole inn is amazingly beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming! I can't wait to stay there again!!

My husband and I have traveled to the Braeside every year since opening, and we have yet to be disappointed. From the innkeepers to the views to the food, this is the ideal small inn getaway. We will continue to return each year for our anniversary trip, and we will always cherish the memories of each trip.

My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip to the smokies. We saw the Braeside Inn online and through we would check it out. I sent them an email and later that night Wendy called and confirmed our dates for the very next day. We were thinking we wanted to stay in the mountains but decided that it was much more fun to stay in Sevierville, at the Braeside because it has such spectacular views. We spent time each morning drinking in the amazing sunrises from the back porch. Our hosts were nothing but friendly and accommodating. We felt at home at once and the rooms and common areas were spotless and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting in the family room reading or sipping hot chocolate by the fire. The food was amazing. The breakfasts are definitely worth the stay and Wendy made evening treats which we looked forward too. The only thing was the beds were a little hard for my taste but I would definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I were treated to a three night stay in honor of our birthdays by our children. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the warm hospitality of Tom and Wendy. The food was wonderful and the views outstanding. We enjoyed the serenity and beauty in the evening after taking in the nearby sights all day. We highly recommend the Braeside Inn.

It's like they have their own private mountain overlooking Sevierville. The gourmet breakfasts are spectacular, we love the two person jet tub in the Macintosh (there is, I believe, a one-person jet tub in the Buchanan), and of course even though it's secluded and private it's very close to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Dollywood. I have stayed at the Braeside Inn twice and can't wait to go back again! Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we both loved it! The views were spectacular, the owners Tom & Wendy were so kind and hospitable and the room we stayed in -the Mackintosh- was very spacious and nice. The whole place is very beautiful and charmingly decorated and is was great for a relaxing stay. :) Would highly recommend!

Sevierville is very busy in October so we were so grateful for the beautiful haven that is the Braeside Inn! The mountain it sits on is high and the driveway is steep but you are rewarded at the top with gracious and fun hosts, beautifully appointed rooms and fresh, healthy breakfasts! All in all a wonderful stay!
