The breakfast is large and Patrick and Sue make sure you have your food the way you like it.If you don't like what is available they will make something for you. The rooms and house are clean. There are many things to do at the lodge if you don't want to leave the property. One of the best places we have stayed.

My wife and I have stayed at Berry Springs Lodge repeatedly since shortly after the lodge opened. Each time the experience is better than our previous visit. Patrick and Sue are always gracious hosts, extremely knowledgable of the area and eger to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities to enhance the enjoyment of your stay. Although with all the amenities and activities on the property you may not even want to leave. The breakfasts are fabulous and they'll pack you a picnic lunch to enjoy by the catfish pond and provide you provisions to cook your own dinner in their outdoor kitchen. The perfect place for a relaxing and romantic getaway or your base camp for Smoky Mountain adventure. I couldn't recommend any place more highly.

My husband and I like to visit B and B's when we get vacation time - we just like the hospitality and the personal touches that you don't get with hotels. Well, both of those things were here in large amounts! We will definitely be heading back to this place on a future vacation!!!

My husband and I were thrilled when we saw our own little cabin suite. It was immaculate. There was such attention to detail like leaving little notes/signs explaining where items were. The bath was huge with the fluffiest towels and very nice toiletries. The food was scrumptious and there were always snacks and drinks available. Patrick and Sue go out of their way to make your stay special. We were able to enjoy the fireworks at Dollywood from our back deck which was an added treat. The fishing ponds were smaller than expected but everything else was so much more that we expected. We would definitely recommend Berry Springs if you want to be treated special and have the very best accommodations.

The Smoky Mountains is the main reason the area is a mecca for vacationers.. Berry Springs is in a very pleasant location away from the crowds and has a view. The view and the particular reason you visit the area changes with the season. It is definitely an all season B&B. There are different room/suite types. The rooms we have selected in the past, with and without a hot tub, have exceeded our needs at that particular visit.. There is also a choice of a suite. The inn itself is exceptional and has appropriate décor for the Smoky Mountains It is kept looking new, fresh, clean and high end, but very comfortable and not fussy. The grounds of the B&B have fishing ponds, hiking trails as well as a relaxing view that we enjoy. I have seen hikers pick up lunch as they leave in the morning after breakfast. Also on the grounds is a pavilion that has a grill etc. We are anxious to try that for dinner one evening on our next visit. They are happy to help with food etc. if you wish. The innkeepers and housekeeper are personable, helpful and the type of people you like to be around. Breakfast, that is different every day, is of high quality, served with fruit, fruit juice, bakery and of course, teas and coffee. The service is pleasant and timely. The evening dessert is always a nice surprise and available at my whim. Beverage and snacks are also available on my timeline The lower level of B&B has a exercise area and a room with an uncountable amount of movies. It has services of a hotel and it supplies amenities, comfort and feeling of your own home.. All this in a dream vacation location. We previously owned a cabin in Gatlinburg. Now we stay at Berry Springs Lodge.

Patrick and Sue did a fantastic job making everyone feel welcome. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor activities the place has to offer. We enjoyed hiking, playing ping pong and fishing. The view is wonderful and of course breakfast was delightful.

My husband and I have been frequenting B&B's all over the country for the past 20 years and we continue to return to Berry Springs Lodge as it has become one of our favorites. We have high standards when it comes to places to stay and Berry Springs has far exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Patrick and Sue clearly have their heart in every thing they do to make this a 'top notch' experience! They are such wonderful, genuine people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I can't say enough about the lodge itself, the views, the decor, the cleanliness, the wonderful breakfasts and evening desserts (prepared by Sue) and the outstanding job Patrick has done with providing outdoor activities for guests to enjoy on their 33 acres! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed.

We can't say enough about this place! Amazing - not a detail missed! We don't get to Sevierville very often, but I can guarantee that when we do, we will be coming back here!!

Very nice place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean. staff very nice. Love the detail that they leave snacks and dessert out for you. Even has a drink refrigerator with water bottle ice sticks! The house very nicely decorated. Hot tub very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but as a frequent bnb stayer it felt like it was something id fix at home, eggs, potatoes, sausage patty and pretty hard toast. Just didnt have that "pop" extravagant appeal that we are used to at other bnbs. but it was still good. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed Nov 2nd and 3rd. I wish we could of had more time. Patrick and Sue are great innkeepers including the staff. They dont intrude, very helpful with the area. Would stay again. The view from our deck was beautiful. The hot tub is outside on the patio deck. Great at night. From our deck I saw over 30 wild turkeys. The hiking trail the fishing ponds. Just everything was great. Only one draw back. The hot tub on the deck is separated by a small wall to keep you from the other decks. So if your in the hot tub and your neighbors are also in their's. You can here the other people. Would stay here again. Again we wish we had more time to stay.

We were truly pleased with our stay at Berry Springs Lodge. Actually, we had one of the best vacations ever, thanks in part to the wonderful staff and accomodations at this Awesome B&B. The innkeepers, Patrick and Sue, could not have been nicer. The breakfasts and the evening desserts were always very special! The mountain views, especially in the early mornings were outstanding. We would highly recommend Berry Springs Lodge for your vacation! The Smiths

We got married at Berry Springs Lodge 5 years ago. We go back every year for our anniversary. The location is perfect. The little details set this place apart from others. Cleanliness is a huge deal to us and this place is spotless. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary with a last minute getaway. Our schedules had been very hectic so we did not plan far ahead as we usually do but we knew we wanted to have privacy and a beautiful place to relax. Berry Springs Lodge was an excellent surprise. Our room was emmaculent with many special added touches. The innkeepers and staff were very welcoming yet provided the privacy we were looking for. All the breakfasts were beautiful and tasty and the evening snacks were varied and wonderfully homemade. The extras of hiking trails, fishing ponds and bikes added special touches. The scenery and entire property were overwhelmingly spectacular. We have found a new favorite place to stay in the future and will definitely be back.

My husband and I recently visited Berry Springs Lodge and had a wonderful time. We were first greeted by Tracey who gave us a tour of the grounds and our room. We tried to think of all the extras to pack only to find out that they had already thought of everything. Tracey said we could have packed lighter and she was absolutely right. ¿ Tracey was extremely nice and one of the reasons we decided to reserve our next visit before we left. Melissa, Patrick and Marie were also very helpful and caring to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to meet Sue like some of the other guests, maybe next time. This was truly like your “home away from home” only more relaxing. Thanks to all for a great time. Linda & Ricco Bryant

The rooms are inviting, clean, and comfortable. the library has an impressive assortment of books and DVD's. The nightly desserts are delicious. The dining room has a wonderful self-serve bar with all sorts of snacks and treats. The owners are friendly and attentive, yet they leave you space to be. We had a great visit!

My husband and I spent three wonderful, peaceful days at Berry Springs Lodge a couple of weeks ago. Patrick and Sue go out of their way to insure that you have everything you need. Somehow they do this without being the least bit intrusive. The breakfasts are out of this world and the evening snacks are really something else. The house was decorated for Christmas and was just beautiful. The setting is gorgeous. We had beautiful fall colors in all directions. Would highly recommend.

We celebrated our anniversary in Gatlinburg, where we honeymooned over 40 years ago. Wish Berry Springs had been available then. It is so lovely. We especially love the rural setting within the close proximity of the entertainment in Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. There is so much to do and see. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and cared for. The lodge is cheerfully decorated... would love to see it during the holidays and our room was huge--more like a suite. Everything was pristine and gorgeous! I didn't want to leave!!!

All aspects of the stay were exceptional. The lodge is secluded, yet still convenient to the surrounding attractions. Fun activities are available on the property, both indoors and out. This was our first stay at a B&B but will not be our last. We will return to Berry Springs Lodge and enjoy the warm ambiance again.

This Lodge is situated on top of a mountain with a beautiful view. The grounds are natural and give you the opportunity to relax and stroll through the woods and along the mountain pond. There is place for solitude. Our large room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub on the private deck. The food was excellent and snacks were available 24/7 which was convenient. Our host was always available but not intrusive. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time at the Berry Springs Lodge! We loved the wonderful view of hills and mountains from the back porch and dinning room area. The breakfast was outstanding; we had omlets ordered to our taste with fresh fruit and homemade bread for breakfast; the food was great as well as the service provided by the owners Patrick and Sue. There were plenty of activities to do at the lodge such as a library full of movies to take up to your room and view, area to go hiking on trails, bike riding, two fishing ponds with supplies provided, ping-pong table, pool table in a pavilion that is secluded near the fishing ponds. The lodge and rooms were so clean and organized; my favorite part was the comfy bed that was pulled down and chocolates left on our pillow. We loved being in the quiet mountains enjoying nature while at the lodge and still being minutes away from Gatlinburg for shopping and eating. I can say it was a favorite place to stay and we will go back again soon!
