Berry Springs Lodge

We stayed Nov 2nd and 3rd. I wish we could of had more time. Patrick and Sue are great innkeepers including the staff. They dont intrude, very helpful with the area. Would stay again. The view from our deck was beautiful.The hot tub is outside on the patio deck. Great at night. From our deck I saw over 30 wild turkeys. The hiking trail the fishing ponds. Just everything was great. Only one draw back. The hot tub on the deck is separated by a small wall to keep you from the other decks. So if your in the hot tub and your neighbors are also in their's. You can here the other people. Would stay here again. Again we wish we had more time to stay.

We were truly pleased with our stay at Berry Springs Lodge. Actually, we had one of the best vacations ever, thanks in part to the wonderful staff and accomodations at this Awesome B&B. The innkeepers, Patrick and Sue, could not have been nicer. The breakfasts and the evening desserts were always very special! The mountain views, especially in the early mornings were outstanding. We got married at Berry Springs Lodge 5 years ago. We go back every year for our anniversary. The location is perfect. The little details set this place apart from others. Cleanliness is a huge deal to us and this place is spotless. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary with a last minute getaway. Our schedules had been very hectic so we did not plan far ahead as we usually do but we knew we wanted to have privacy and a beautiful place to relax. Berry Springs Lodge was an excellent surprise. Our room was emmaculent with many special added touches. The innkeepers and staff were very welcoming yet provided the privacy we were looking for. All the breakfasts were beautiful and tasty and the evening snacks were varied and wonderfully homemade. The extras of hiking trails, fishing ponds and bikes added special touches. The scenery and entire property were overwhelmingly spectacular. We have found a new favorite place to stay in the future and will definitely be back.

We just spent our honeymoon here and had a wonderful time. The room was fantastic and the service was exceptional. We intend to come back next year for our first anniversary! Tom & Irene

My husband and I recently visited Berry Springs Lodge and had a wonderful time. We were first greeted by Tracey who gave us a tour of the grounds and our room. We tried to think of all the extras to pack only to find out that they had already thought of everything. Tracey said we could have packed lighter and she was absolutely right. ¿ Tracey was extremely nice and one of the reasons we decided to reserve our next visit before we left. Melissa, Patrick and Marie were also very helpful and caring to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to meet Sue like some of the other guests, maybe next time. This was truly like your “home away from home” only more relaxing. Well worth the trip and money. My husband and I visited for our 7th year anniversary. We have stayed at many B&B's and this one by far has the best breakfasts we have ever had. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Superb location- close to town, yet peaceful and secluded perched on a hill offering spectacular vies. The lodge is very nice and well kept. there are also trails and pond on the property. The rooms are inviting, clean, and comfortable. the library has an impressive assortment of books and DVD's. The nightly desserts are delicious. The dining room has a wonderful self-serve bar with all sorts of snacks and treats. The owners are friendly and attentive, yet they leave you space to be. We had a great visit!

If you enjoy living in your own beautiful home that is cozy, clean, comfy, and calm...you will love it here! You will have arrived at your new home away from home!

This is by far the best B&B we have stayed at. Everything about it was more than we expected. They thought of everything to make our stay so wonderful, we didn't want to leave! We can't wait to go again!

We absolutely LOVE staying at this lodge. The rooms are always extremely clean and comfortable. In the six or seven times we have stayed here, the food has never been less than delicious. The view is beautiful from the window and you rarely hear a sound other than nature. Patrick and Sue are veryf riendly hosts and always makde sure our stay is nice.

We have stayed at Berry Springs many times and we have always had a wonderful experience there. Patrick and Sue are great hosts, and it's so quiet and peaceful, we call it our 'little bit of Heaven on Earth.'

Fantastic views of the mountains. Lovely inn and warm hospitality. Great place to forget you troubles and relax. You can bike, like on just chill out on your balcony.

The inn is very welcoming and warm. The views from our room were spectacular. It was a getaway weekend to relax and do nothing but lots of things to do if desired. We will go back!

My husband and I spent three wonderful, peaceful days at Berry Springs Lodge a couple of weeks ago. Patrick and Sue go out of their way to insure that you have everything you need. Somehow they do this without being the least bit intrusive. The breakfasts are out of this world and the evening snacks are really something else. The house was decorated for Christmas and was just beautiful. The setting is gorgeous. We had beautiful fall colors in all directions. Would highly recommend.

We continually return year after year to this 'Heaven on Earth' place. we love it! It is the ultimate place to peacefulness and beauty.

Berry Springs was the perfect setting for seeing the Smokey Mountains in the fall. They were a perfect distance for all our hikes.

The owners built a perfect B&B getaway, catering to every need of the guests. Relaxing, romantic, rejuvenating.

This idyllic Lodge provides it all! An exceptional B&B whose location affords perfect solitude for rest and relaxation, but is ideally located for exploring the Fall splendor of the Smoky Mts. and all the wonderful attractions the surrounding area has to offer the traveler. Already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend everyone consider this charming and hospitable B&B for your Smoky Mt visit!

We celebrated our anniversary in Gatlinburg, where we honeymooned over 40 years ago. Wish Berry Springs had been available then. It is so lovely. We especially love the rural setting within the close proximity of the entertainment in Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. There is so much to do and see. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and cared for. The lodge is cheerfully decorated... would love to see it during the holidays and our room was huge--more like a suite. Everything was pristine and gorgeous! I didn't want to leave!!!

All aspects of the stay were exceptional. The lodge is secluded,yet still convenient to the surrounding attractions. Fun activities are available on the property, both indoors and out. This was our first stay at a B&B but will not be our last. We will return to Berry Springs Lodge and enjoy the warm ambiance again.

We've been patronizing this B&B since 2001. Beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds and an excellent bargain. A must-see for those looking to get away for a little while!

This Lodge is situated on top of a mountain with a beautiful view. The grounds are natural and give you the opportunity to relax and stroll through the woods and along the mountain pond. There is place for solitude. Our large room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub on the private deck. The food was excellent and snacks were available 24/7 which was convenient. Our host was always available but not intrusive. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had an exceptional time at Berry Springs, and have already recommended it to our family and friends. They were very friendly, very accomodating, and the food was wonderful!

We had a great time at the Berry Springs Lodge! We loved the wonderful view of hills and mountains from the back porch and dinning room area. The breakfast was outstanding; we had omlets ordered to our taste with fresh fruit and homemade bread for breakfast; the food was great as well as the service provided by the owners Patrick and Sue. There were plenty of activities to do at the lodge such as a library full of movies to take up to your room and view, area to go hiking on trails, bike riding, two fishing ponds with supplies provided, ping-pong table, pool table in a pavilion that is secluded near the fishing ponds. The lodge and rooms were so clean and organized; my favorite part was the comfy bed that was pulled down and chocolates left on our pillow. We loved being in the quiet mountains enjoying nature while at the lodge and still being minutes away from Gatlinburg for shopping and eating. I can say it was a favorite place to stay and we will go back again soon!
