It features a large bedroom, bath with tub and shower, gourmet kitchen, and spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, two seating areas, media center, desk, and granite dining peninsula. Guests enjoy the privacy of a large, fenced courtyard garden and patio. Amenities include wireless Internet, HDTV, cable/HBO, Bose surround sound, washer & dryer. Mulberry House is a few blocks from the 12South retail and restaurant district and a few (2-4) miles from Music Row, downtown Nashville, Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb universities, and beautiful Radnor Lake.

    Crossing the brick and stone patio, guests enter the sun-drenched cottage where an expanse of windows links the garden and interior space.The cottage is furnished with a blend of original art, oriental carpets, contemporary and antique furniture.
    The spacious great room features two seating areas and is appointed with Bose surround-sound, wireless internet, cable TV and HBO.
    The bedroom is appointed with an antique queen-size bed,  which is dressed in luxurious pillows, sheets and bed coverings.  It opens out to the Japanese walkway leading to the herb garden and fern glade.
    Gate to Courtyard and CottageThe cottage is nestled behind the "painted lady," a Queen Anne-style house built around 1880 on the grounds of the former Noel Plantation.
    Guests enjoy the beautiful grounds featuring towering and flowering trees,  blossoming gardens, fern glens, and fragrant herbs through much of the year.
    The fragrance of magnolia blossoms permeates the air in summer.Spring brings warmth, flowers and verdant greens to the landscape and informal gardens.
