great location near the university, excellent neighborhood restaurants. Linda was very helpful with recommendations and directions. Simple breakfast, very good. Small and cozy, very homey.

Pleasurable two night stay, premises were extremely clean inside and out, comfortable beds, wholesome breakfast and very hospitable Innkeepers. All our needs were met and would definitely stay there again.
