| We're in Mountain City--close enough to get here quickly (less gas) and far enough to really getaway. Just west of the Blue Ridge - in the far upper east corner Tennessee, 23 minutes from Boone, NC.

| TRAVELING WITH FAMILY, PETS? Enjoy our Cottage in the Woods, a 1300 sf house which sleeps 7-8. Woods and hardwoods (for fall color) surround this lovely house which is fully furnished. Bring your clothes and your food. There's a full kitchen. Let the kids explore the old logging trails or take a serious hike UP to the Iron Mountain Trail in the Cherokee National Forest which is just above us. Only 7 mi. to biking on the Va.Creeper Trail in Damascus, VA, and about 40 min. to Boone, NC. where you may enjoy lots of food choices and tourist attractions. Our Stuffed French Toast using fresh apples is gaining popularity as is our baked egg dishes. Menus vary by whether we have many guests or few. Fresh fruit and choice of juices are available every day. IF you require cereal or yogurt, just ask.
We do not offer a la carte.
