We offer 3 very different rooms for different needs.
- Blackberry Suite is a Standard Room with a queen bed (upstairs)
- Blueberry Suite is a 2 room suite with its own living room, fireplace & outside entrance. Sleeper sofa & a bedroom with a queen bed. (Downstairs) NEW 52" Big SCREEN
- Strawberry Suite has a King Polster Bed, 2 person jacuzzi & extended bath. Oversized room. (Main Floor). - All rooms have private baths, refrigerators, Direct TV, VCR/DVD combos & come with evening desserts & a stuff yourself full breakfast. - We are a short distance from the lake & close to Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Smoky Mountains & Chattanooga. Near I-40 & I-75. - For those traveling with their Horses, we offer overnight horse boarding for a small fee. We have been doing a LOT of work at the property. Many areas redone. If it has been a while since you stayed with us come see how we've changed & improved!

Located below the I-75/I-40 Split just south of Knoxville.
• We are located at I-75 Exit 81 (Lenoir City)
• Go 7.5 miles total down Hwy 321 towards Smoky Mountains/Maryville. You will go across the Fort Loudon Dam.
• About 2 miles past the dam, Turn LEFT onto Antioch Church Rd (Antioch Baptist Church is on the left by the road).
• Go 1.5 miles to the property on the RIGHT side of the road.
• There will be a black cross fence that marks the property. You can not see the house from the road (we have privacy by a large line of pine trees). There is a sign at the drive – “BERRY SWEET FARMS”.
• Come up the gravel drive - DO NOT FLOOR IT but come a good steady pace & don't slow sown
• You can park at the 1st driveway at the top and enter the house on the left side (deck side). Entrance to the B&B is the 2nd door on the right (glass doors by the sunroom). - Nearest major airport: Knoxville, TN (TYS-McGhee-Tyson) 25 miles
