The Old MIll Bed & Breakfast is located just minutes from downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee’s oldest town, selected as one of the “Dozen Distinctive Destinations in the Nation”. The Old Mill Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable overnight and extended lodging in a restored late 19th century farmhouse. The pre-civil war grist mill lends a unique view of the past. Our ambition is to provide you with the most relaxed atmosphere you have experienced. A spring fed creek borders the B&B property and offers quiet solitude and a relaxing time for our guests. Each morning a delicious, hot, multi-course, breakfast is served in the Dining Room.

From I-26, take Gray Exit (Exit 13), go approx. 9 miles (on left side 1 mile south of State Road 81).
From I-81 take State Road 93 towards Jonesborough. At intersection with SR-81, continue straight on SR-81 to SR-75, turn right, go 1 mile, B&B is on left. - Nearest major airport: Tri-City Airport, TN (TRI-Tri-City Regional) 20 miles
