Here, surrounded by the peace and quiet of 140 acres of forest and views, guests are soon relaxing on the open decks and covered porches listening to the birds and watching the clouds drift by. The Inn is the place to put up your feet, slow down, or even go back to bed. Looking for more activity? Great Tennessee Mountain Getaway

    August 06, 2011

Every year my husband and I stay at a NC B&B for our anniversary, so this was the first time we crossed state lines for a getaway in the Tennessee Mountains. Needless to say our choice to stay at the Iron Mountain Inn did not disappoint. The owner, Vikki, made sure we felt right at home in her inn, which was large, comfortable and commanded an amazing outdoor view. The meals were delightful, and she even found time to sit down and get to know her guests. The inn's location was also within easy driving distance of many sides and small towns, which was an added bonus. As we were able to get out & explore during the day.
