From I-40 in Jackson, TN take exit 80 north on Hwy 45. Go 6 miles and bear right on Hwy 45 E towards Milan. Go 13.5miles on Hwy 45 E. to RR tracks in Milan. From RR tracks continue north on Hwy 45 E for 8.4 miles. Turn right on Old Hwy 45. Go 1.6 miles to 838 Old Hwy 45. Yellow mailbox on right. B&B on your left. Sign with name near road. Circular drive with huge magnolia tree in circle.
