    The Keith Mansion, built in 1858 by famed architect, Thomas Crutchfield for Col. Alexander H. Keith. Built during the raging Civil War this antebellum home was occupied by both troops and now is used for Bed & Breakfast and special occasion guests.Visit us @ .the keithmansionThe Music Room houses one of the oldest pianos in the area, dating back to 1800 and shipped from Vienna, a gift for Ms.Keith from her husband.This room also shows more originals such as the slate fireplace,iron curtain valances, and gold mirror. A great parlor to relax and read up on the Mansion's history.
    The Alexander Room has a handsome four poster said to have belonged to Alexander's father. Queen bed with luxury bedding, couch and chair for reading, glass shower in private bath. Enjoy complimentary homemade treats at check-in and fill breakfast in the morning. See our amenity page!Guests have a choice of eating a full gourmet breakfast in this dining room with 14 ft ceilings and original mantle or the formal dining room. This parlor also is available for special functions.
    The formal dining room lets guest step back in time when life was gracious and rich.     The Sarah Anne Room offers rich colors and a four poster mahogany queen bed with luxury bedding. The private bath has a clawfoot tub with shower.The back courtyard area leads to the inground pool and offers the perfect spot to relax and watch the birds or have an intimate gathering.
    The Garden Room is located on the main level of the home and offers a queen bed with luxury bedding, two dressers for storage, chair for reading and the private bath has a sunken tub with shower attachment.The Seaside Room offers a pineapple four poster queen with luxury bedding, full size sleeper couch, plenty of room to roam and chair for reading.Private bath includes tub/shower combo with all amenities.
    Original rosewood stairway leads to the medai parlor and four suites upstairs. This foyor is perfect for catering buffet dinners with its original large plank hardwoods and molding.Enter the Keith Mansion via the large circular drive and massive porch. These large tuscan columns create a striking entrance and popular photo site.
    The Seaside Room has original slate firplace and hardwood floors. All rooms have wireless internet, DVD/Cable TV, and easy access to upstairs balcony.The Sarah Anne Room offers a lovely dresser, chair and ottoman for reading, original fireplace, and DVD/Cable TV, also close to upstairs balcony and steps away from the media room.
