To secure and confirm a booking, it will be subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the total charge. This advance deposit is fully deductible from the total charge. If booking is cancelled 0 to 14 days before the arrival date the deposit will be forfeited. Management also reserves the right to an excessive cleaning, damages or theft fee.
