Cancellations: To make any change of your reservation, please inform us 14 days before your arrival. If you would like reschedule your stay, we respect it, but it should be limited on the ONE time basis, and you may postpone within the following six months. Due to natural disasters, your booking may be rescheduled and postponed within the following twelve months or can be cancelled with a complete refund. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
