The Villa Maria is a charming old villa 50m from the lake of lucerne and a 15min walk along the beautiful lake promenade to the centre of town. The house offers 10 newly renovated rooms with parquet floor,a comfortable atmosphere and a large flower garden, where the breakfast buffet is served on sunny days.In a few minutes walking you reach the boatstation for day excursions to the lake and to the nearby mountains. The beach for swimming and the famos swiss museum of transporation are also closeby.

My wife and I spent two nights at Villa Maria in September. The room was clean and the location was perfect for walking around Lucerne. Maria welcomed us with open arms and really made us feel like family. The breakfast which was included was your typical European fare. We would definately stay at Villa Maria again.
