Our home is situated in the middle of Sweden surrounded by nature preserves with beautiful forests full of wildlife on all sides. The house is built in the typical Swedish style, dating from the 17th century but has been completely restored. The house still maintains its clay walls and was built and restored from natural materials in an old fashioned craftsman manner. Gardens surround the house and are planted with flowers, herbs, and vegetables (with chickens who explore on their own). We love to cook creatively and often feature homemade bread among other things! The area is a great spot to get away from the rush of the city with lots of calm and old forests yet it is still only 200 km from Stockholm. Come explore our home and experience how real Swedish people live!
