La Petite Roer in Sourbrodt is uniquely situated in the rugged High Fens, between the Ardennes and the German Eifel. This former farmhouse, its oldest parts dating back to 1781, has been converted into a comfortable and charming guesthouse. La Petite Roer houses three spacious guestrooms, each with its own shower- or bathroom. On the ground floor, the cosy wooden beamed former living quarters of the farmhouse serve as breakfast room and as a lounge for our guests. A woodfire warms you there in wintertime, whereas in summer you can enjoy our extensive natural garden bordering an nature reserve. In our area, there are many opportunities for walking and cycling for people of all levels of fitness. Interesting cities like Maastricht, Cologne and Liege are perfect destinations for day trips. The famous Formula 1 circuit of Spa-Francorchamps is at some 15 minutes from our B&B.

Our beautiful art deco house is located just outside the city center (a ten minute walk, but you get a bike too) in a nice residential area at the foot of Hollands only 'mountain', the St. Pietersberg and close to the river. There is parking available in our street (6 Euros for 24 hours). We've got two lovely quiet rooms with separate bathrooms (bath/shower, wash basin, toilet), comfortable box spring beds, tv, access to the internet(fast wireless and cable), facilities to make coffee/tea/cocoa/soup in the room, a separate room with refrigerator and microwave to cater to your needs, a lovely breakfast café, supermarket and bakery around the corner, and... each guest is provided with a bike to explore the city and the beautiful countryside.
