Well-placed for visiting popular towns, cities and the beach, Arianella Can Coral is a 150 year-old building now made into a b&b. Both Barcelona and Tarragona are an hour away, while the major attraction for many will be the proximity to the vineyards and wineries of Catalunya's wine and cava region. One of the most famous names in local viticulture is Cordoniu, for their cava, and the masia is delighted to help guests arrange visits here and to various other wineries to sample the regional delights. The hotel has excellent views of the surrounding vineyards and provides a laidback atmosphere for its guests, a natural consequence of the friendly and relaxed welcome of the owners Ariane and Rainer. There are plenty of places to relax, be it under the sun by the swimming pool or the jacuzzi overlooking the green scenery all around, or in the courtyard under the shade of the trees. Breakfast is prepared every morning, 1-2 a week a homecooked dinner for all guests. We all share a big table usually in the courtyard. Cold platters are available by arrangement. The kitchen can be used to prepare cold meals and there is a gas driven BBQ available for all guests in the courtyard. We can also arrange all kinds of excursions, both wine tours and many other suggestions that you may be interested in. Sitges with its beautiful white beaches is just half an hour away. Only 15 minutes away is Vilafranca del Penedès with its spectacular culture of the ‘Castells'- shows of human castles in the square, with people climbing multi-layers high on each other's shoulders at fiesta time. There is also a wine museum in the town.

How to find us from Barcelona Take the motorway A7 away from Barcelona to Tarragona. After about 35km leave the motorway Exit "Vilafranca del Penedés". Follow the signs to "Vilafranca" and then the signs to "Sant Martí Sarroca BP 2121". Alternatively, follow the signs to "Bodegues Torres". Torres is a big wine cellar that sits on the same country road as we do and is very well signposted throughout Vilafranca. Alternatively from the airport Barcelona Leave the airport in direction C31 Castelldefels. After the village Castelldefels the parts into the C31, one of the most beautiful coastal roads of Europe and the C32, that goes through a tunnel, avoiding the curves. Both streets join once again in Sitges and you go on in direction Tarragona. Leave the C32 with the exit "Vilafranca del Penedés". You will reach Vilafranca after 10 km, follow the signs "Vilafranca" through 2 roundabouts and then the signs to "Sant Martí Sarroca BP 2121". Alternatively, follow the signs to "Bodegues Torres". Torres is a big wine cellar that sits on the same country road as we do and is very well signposted throughout Vilafranca. Once you have passed Vilafranca: Stay on the BP 2121, pass through Sant Marí Sarroca towards Torrelles de Foix. After passing the Torrelles church on your left hand side, you see on your right hand side a yellow sign "Arianel.la" - turn after 50m right into the Avenida Can Coral. Follow the street 1.5 km up to a ROUNDABOUT with an old oak tree. Welcome to Arianel·la de Can Coral!
