the Kaxkarre Rural House is a building of stone and wood in the mid-17TH century, restored in 2000 by its current owners. It is 10 minutes by car located in Astigarraga in the Camino de Santiago, 750 m from the chapel of Santiago in monte Santiago Mendi, in the area of producers of cider and 7 km from San Sebastián, approximately. Around us there are a good number of cider houses and restaurants where to taste the well-known and appreciated Basque cuisine and the traditional cider menu. It is surrounded by mountains and forests and has a nice garden with swings and tables for recreation. The sunsets from the terrace are unmatched.
