New construction (2004), of stone and wood. Surrounded by gardens and land destined to pottokas (Basque pony) released. It has heating throughout the House (underfloor heating). Ground floor Six cosy rooms, each room has: double bed or two beds and possibility of extra bed, a terrace with sea views and others to the garden to enjoy a pleasant stay, complete bathroom, tv and piped music. For the enjoyment of all guests, there is a common area consists of room with tv and fireplace. A covered terrace with beautiful views to the sea. Here is where the breakfast... First floor Two apartments with sea views. One has two bedrooms, living room, terrace, kitchen and bathroom, and the other has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

I have been there several times, and I always felt like home!! Edurne and Patxi are wonderful persons, and they have built a paradise facing the sea. San Sebastian is a nice city to eat, have a walk or shooping, but then, you arrive to Maddiola and you have the relaxfull spa, the gorgeous views and the nice people and you feel in peace. And the next day the best: breakfast. Everithing is wonderfull at Maddiola. Thanks!!
