    THE HOUSE It is a 3 story manor of more than 1000 sqm. in a 50.000sqm. property There are evidences tat the house existed already at the beginning of the XVI century. In 1858 very important changes give to the house the aspect of an “Indiano” mansion, this is with details that remind of the houses of the Spanish Caribbean colonies. In 1918 all the gardens were redesigned; with romantic little squares and long walkways of olive trees, cypress trees, almond trees, that surround the vineyards, which are kept in production until the seventies. In 2007 we have done important repairs to improve the facilities of the house, so that our guests can enjoy this centennial building with most comfortableness An old watering basin in front of the house has been converted into swimming pool. THE SURROUNDINGS Can Casadellà is located in Premià de Dalt, a small village in Maresme county, at the feet of the la Serralada Litoral natural park and facing the Mediterranean seaside. Despite its proximity to Barcelona and its very good communication with it, the village has kept the atmosphere of a small town Premià de Dalt is only 20km and 20 minutes by car or by train from the great cultural and artistic capital of southern Europe, the city of Barcelona. Only 2km from Can Casadellà you can visit the wide and sandy beaches In a perimeter of 10 or 20km. you can find some of the best golf courts in Catalonia And many other interesting spots.

    We staid in Can Casadella in June. It was great. Very "authentic" athmosphere and wellcoming hosts. Very convenient to visit Barcelona. In the afternoon relax in the swimingpool. The kids did appreciate. At night dining on the beach or in wonderful nearby restaurants. We will repeat.
