    It is not easy to find a mill that still grind the old-fashioned. Participate in an old ritual with centuries of history. In the House of the Hermitage have occasion to live it. We are next to the mills of Campo de Criptana or Mota del Cuervo. The adventures of Don Quixote at your fingertips. And if you like birdwatching, the Flemish have filled the wetlands...We are also near the Lagunas de Ruidera or las Tablas de Daimiel. In House of the Hermitage, you have an opportunity to see it. It is a beautiful farm house with 150 years of history, restored respecting the original structure, but with all the comforts. It has antique furniture restored by master craftsmen.
