These are 13 bright and modern spacious apartments in a newly reformed neoclassical building that is situated 10 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol through a one of the most trendy pedestrian streets in Madrid, calle Fuencarral, full of restaurants and shops, and just one metro stop to Puerta del Sol. Apartment is fully serviced of 1 or 2 bedrooms sleeping from 1 to 6 people, with fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and central heating, large King size beds or large individual beds, spacious closet rooms, flat screen 32 inches HDTV and modern appliances to make you feel at home like a Madrid local. Situated on a corner this building is full of natural light and all apartments open out to balconies over the street. At the building entrance there is a reception, with concierge service during your stay. There is a new large elevator access, and all bed linen and towels are included upon arrival.

I stayed in September with my family and I'm very happy with the experience.. the location is amazing, the staff is friendly, and very clean accommodation.. thank you sam and rafael!

From MAD (airport) by taxi: Taxis from the airport to Madrid city centre take around 25-40 mins depending on traffic, and cost 25-30 EUR, including an extra fee for each large item of luggage. Tell the driver the address: Calle Apodaca 5, near Bilbao, and he can drop you at the door. From MAD (airport) with Metro: From the Madrid airport (Barajes) you can take the metro lines, first line 8 from your terminal to Nuevo Ministerios then swap to line 10 and take that to Tribunal Metro. Exit Tribunal Metro and walk straight up Fuencarral then Calle Apodaca is your first right. Walk 50m down Apodaca and we are the big green building on the first left hand corner. Number 5. Right beside Cafe Pepa Tencha
