The apartment in the quiet area of sierra El Molar in La Marina is ideal for holiday-use or bed & breakfast. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washingmachine. There is a salon with tv and dvd and an open kitchen. There is a private pool what is nice to cool down in the most time of the year, the pool is open 1/5-15/10. The plot of the apartment has 4000 m2 and is fenched, the dog is welcome. The owner lifes in front of the apartment, but separate from the apartment, there is a totally private. The beach and shops are on 3 and 4 kilometer. La Marina has nice bars and restaurants. We recommend a (renta)car.
