The private swimming pool is 10x5 metres with corner steps and underwater lighting. It benefits from a large sunbathing terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views of Montgó, the vineyards and the distant Bernia Mountains.
The Los Establos Apartment is air-conditioned and comprises of one bedroom with king size bed, a kitchen, shower room, cosy sitting area and external dining area. The naya and patio offers a private outside area separate from the pool terrace, with stunning views over the vineyards towards the ancient Tres Molins windmills and distant Bernia Mountains, a perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy eating 'al fresco' in the sun, shade or moonlight.
Cabaña Bar and BBQ - Located near the swimming pool, the fabulous Cabaña bar is the perfect place to take your breakfast each morning and then enjoy some drinks and nibbles later in the day. It benefits from a large built in BBQ, comfortable seating, tables and chairs and the all important 'honesty' bar!

2 spacious private guest apartments and 1 guest en suite bedroom, each with their own private terrace. Our guests have full use of our 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, pétanque court, chill out area and our fabulous Cabaña with bar, outside kitchen and BBQ... the perfect place to enjoy some drinks and nibbles! You can also use Montgó Tennis Club which is located within a few minutes stroll. We are located in an idyllic, tranquil and rural setting with stunning mountain and valley views, but close to all amenities, a golf course and a variety of beaches and only 10 minutes drive from Jávea Old Town.
