    Great floor of 107 m2, in perfect conditions to live. The apartment consists of 2 rooms: on the one hand we have: three single bedroom for one person each, and a bathroom with shower to share. On the other hand have, one single bedroom and one double, and a full bathroom with bath, to share. It also has large living room, open plan kitchen with laundry room and terrace. The property has double door entry and elevator. The neighborhood is quiet. Located in the residential area of Santa Eulalia, with very good combination, 50 m it is metro L1 (red line) Santa Eulalia & buses. Close have: Plaza Spain, Gran Via 2, Fira de Barcelona, airport, Plaza Cataluña and courts of L'Hospitalet and Barcelona, montguic, tibidabo, sagrada familia, las ramblas of Barcelona, etc My place is special because it is a large space with very good distribution, with new and modern furniture.
