In Andalucia, 30 minutes from Granada and 20 minutes from the coast can be found a rare old house which offers accommodation and breakfast. It is situated in the heart of the wonderful Lecrin Valley in the picturesque village of Pinos del Valle. The house, parts of which date back 250 years, has been carefully restored, preserving most of its original beams and using traditional materials. It is situated on a square for easy access and off loading. Just 35 minutes from Granada airport and 7 minutes from the autovia, it's very easy to find. The accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 single) all with their own shower/bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the use of the sitting room, dining room (both with fireplaces), a “Mexican/Moroccan Patio” with a small pool (the Dip) and a large roof terrace with sensational views of the valley, the village and the surrounding mountains including the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada.

FROM GRANADA AIRPORT From the road leading out of the Airport take a right turn for the Motorway to Granada and stay on the right lane as you will exit almost immediately at exit 230 taking the direction Granada/Santa Fe (A-329). Once you arrive near Granada follow Motorway sign for Motril (E-902/N-323). The city of Granada is on your left. After about 20 mins take exit 164 marked Beznar/Lanjaron/la Alpujarra. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to Pinos del Valle. You can see the village up on the right. Go across the dam and for about 5 minutes up and up until you get to the village. At the roundabout at the entrance to Pinos del Valle take a right, pass the Bar Venecia and turn right immediately after the 2nd speed bump, keep going, leaving the church and the fountain on your left until you get to a small square. The House is on the square on the right with pale green doors and outside stairs. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact the owner
