Former home of the hermit (S. XVI) renovated in 2008. In a region of great cultural wealth and near the sea. Surrounded by fields and near a small forest, is ideal place to rest and walk to visit some of the most beautiful places of Catalonia, as the ruins of Greek and Roman of Empúries, the towns of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués or L'Escala, the natural park of "Cap de Creus" and five minutes from Figueres, birthplace of surrealism. It has five bedrooms, with bathroom and beautiful views: three doubles, one triple and one quadruple. Outside: a wide plot, with a garden, nursery, furniture garden and park space to practice all kinds of games or simply relax and sunbathe. It is also possible to enjoy the tranquility and peace offered by the chapel of Santa Llúcia, which has its origins in the Church of Sant Esteve (12th century).

From the exit of the motorway to the House it is 8 minutes. & #13; & #10;Ordinary train until Figueres station (8 Km) and high-speed (AVE) to Estació de Figueres Vilafant (10 Km) can be reached. & #13; & #10;
