In case of advancing the Check-out day established in the reserve, the customer will have to pay the days enjoyed, and will lose the deposit given to formalize the reserve.
The cancellation of the booking will give right to retain the following % of the demanded deposit by way of indemnity:
a) 5% when the cancellation is done with more than 30 days in advance on the agreed day to Check-in.
b) 50% when the cancellation is done with 30 or less days and more than 7 days.
