First of all the staff are great! The reception in the hotel closes at 10pm but our arrival was at 1.30am, so the girl came all the way from her residence to welcome us and drop us in the room. The next day the other reception lady was very kind and assisted us with our travelling plan to Madrid which is 600 kms away. The hotel has a beautiful design, you feel like your home. A Nespresso machine is placed in the lobby and you can serve yourself as much as you want for free + free lemonade and nuts! A pretty smoking terrace is available till 10pm. The rooms are amazingly comfy, the wide bed and a nice couch and free wifi. The rooms are spacious and big, you get a seperate partition with desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is nice and modern with bath robes and slippers. You get a balcony, which is a plus for smokers in Europe as you cant smoke no where. The location is amazing, its actually in the center of the town, Plaza cataluniya is 3 mins by walk and its close to all sigth seeing places and restaurants. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood.
