- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (you may bring your own alchol for drinking)
- Deposit amount required (50% Deposit required for reservations.
Balance Due 48 hours prior to arrival.)

- Check in time is 4:00 p.m.-7:00 and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Refunds will be make if cancellations are received 10 days or more prior to reservations, $35.00 handling fee, per room . Cancellations less than 10 days will result in loss of deposit.Balance due 48 hrs prior to arrival. No refunds after this time. Customers are responsible for reservations whether they change their plans at the last minutes or not. We do not refund or credit for early departures. Sorry no exceptions.
