  • THIS IS TAMMY'S ROOM. IT IS DONE MOSTLY VICTORIAN WITH SEVERAL WEDDING GOWNS IN THE ROOM. IT HAS FRIDG., MICROWAVE, COFFEEMAKER, THIS IS GREAT FOR YOUR SPECIAL GET-AWAY.
    THIS IS THE BATHROOM FOR TAMMY'S ROOM. BIG 6" CLAWFOOT TUB [ORGINAL WITH HOUSE]. WE ALWAYS HAVE BUBBLE BATH FOR THIS ONE. IT ALSO HAS A DRESSING TABLE.
    MORGAN'S ROOM IS DONE IN ALL ANTIQUES, ALSO HAS A BRASS TWIN BED. THE BATH IS A LARGE SHOWER WITH SEAT. THE ROOM ALSO HAS FRIDG., MICROWAVE, AND COFFEEMAKER. THE DESK IN THIS ROOM IS A BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE WITH PULL OUT WRITING PAD.
    OLIVIA'S ROOM IS DOWNSTAIRS. BEAUTIFUL QUEEN BED - ALSO HAS AN OVERSIZE TWIN BED. BATH IS ALSO 6" CLAWFOOT TUB ORGINAL WITH HOUSE. THIS IS A VERY POPULAR ROOM FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIKE TO CLIMB STAIRS.
    THE DINING ROOM HAS A 10" TABLE THAT IS AT LEAST 75 YEARS OLD. IT CAME WITH THE TWO BENCHES. WE PUT ONE ON THE FRONT PORCH AND KEPT ONE IN THE DINING ROOM. THE ROOM IS FILLED WITH ANTIQUE CHINA THAT WE DO USE.
    THE FRONT PORCH IS A FAVORITE PLACE FOR EVERYONE. IT IS 42" LONG AND 14" WIDE. WE HAVE A SWINGING BED AND ROCKING CHAIRS. THIS IS EVERYONES FAVORITE PLACE. IT IS REALLY NICE WHEN IT RAINS.
    THE SWINGING BED ON THE FRONT PORCH. THE PICTURE SAYS IT ALL. WONDERFUL!!!!
    GUESTS CAN'T RESIST NAPPING ON THE SWINGING BED.
    SUNDAY MORNING BREAKFAST. WE HAVE A FULL BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING.
    BEAUTIFUL SPRING DAY AT PARK AVENUE INN. COME AND RELAX.

    Our home was built in 1916. We are the second owners of this home and did all the major remodeling ourselves. The home has twin parlors as you come in off the huge front porch with swings and rocking chairs. We have just added a swinging bed to the front porch. It is large enough for 2 people to lay on and take a nap. We have three bedrooms all with private baths, microwaves,coffee makers,refrigators and telephones.We also have WiFi. One of the bedrooms is downstairs. The house is all antiques. It's just like going home to Grandmothers. Your small pets are welcome too with a $15.00 charge per pet.
