The Inn at Table Rock

My husband had booked tis B&B via internet. For us it was the second time to visit a B&B over in the States. Both were very nice places, even both are located in total different States. Here we have to say that the owner was more than polite. She did respond to the "strange wishes" of my husband, which had been a porridge for breakfast. As she did fulfill our wishes we felt as being at our own house. Whenever we might come to this part of the States again, we would like to make reservations in that place again. Karen remain as you are and enjoy your life.

What a delight tucked away in the mountains near Table Rock. We thoroughly enjoyed our "spring break" and so appreciate the special considerations by Karen. As a former four diamond B&B owner we noticed the special efforts and settings provided. The suite was perfect for our stay as our granddaughter was with us. We were looking for a quiet place to relax while exploring the Carolina State Parks nearby. We found the Inn at Table Rock and it seemed the best place to stay in the are, according to reviews and postings on the internet. We found it even better than anyone had described! Quiet, Clean, Relaxing, easy to find (right off Carolina State Road 11) plus while we were there, we drove by other area motels and by far The Inn at Table Rock looked the best and turned out to be the best! Beautiful place, very clean, and the Inn keeper and staff were very friendly and helpful. The place looks much better than you can tell from the pictures on the website, with a view of Table Rock Mountain right out our window. Would recommend it to anyone coming near this area of South Carolina.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The inn is lovely. Karen is very sweet and accommodating. The view is outstanding!

My husband spent three nights in October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was roomy, comfortable, well decorated and appointed. The entire inn was immaculate and the views were beautiful. The breakfasts were memorable, in fact Karen gave me recipes. Everyone was helpful. Karen, the owner, is a joy...my husband refers to her as me new best friend. We can't wait to go back.

We were treated like family members & it felt like a home. We could not have been more pleased: it was obvious that Karen, the owner, was interested in her guests.

A beautiful location and lovely accommodations. If you want a place to relax and refresh this is it. The view is excellent and the grounds are lovely. Just wish we had had more time to stay instead of just a weekend.

My husband and I recently attended a wedding at Table Rock State Park in Pickens, South Carolina, which required an overnight stay. We then decided to make a long weekend of it and needed a place to stay for two nights. The bride-to-be suggested to our daughter, one of the bridesmaids, that we check out The Bed and Breakfast Inn at Table Rock. She said it looked wonderful and probably would be a great place to stay, since it was just next door to the state park. From the moment I called to check availablilty to the moment we arrived at the Inn to the moment we left, everything about this place was awesome! Karen, the innkeeper, is the epitome of the perfect hostess and made us feel so welcome and like we had known her for years!The Inn is simply beautiful-very Victorian style, with so many details and extras for the guests. If you have thought of it, she has already thought of it-from extra telephone battery chargers to those midnight snacks, which are, by the way, homemade and quite yummy, to the delicious breakfasts each morning. We stayed in the suite and the rooms were so clean, decorated beautifully, and very quiet. We also enjoyed meeting other couples at breakfast as well as just sitting and talking with Karen. When we left, we felt like we had met a good friend, one we would like to visit again and again in the future. I hope you decide to stay the The Inn and have the same wonderful experience we had.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at this B and B. It was such a breath of fresh air to get away from the daily grind. We also spent time at Table Rock State Park which was very near. Karen and her family made us feel right at home and serve a fabulous breakfast of blueberry pancakes with sausage and eggs.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The room was great with a view of Table Rock. Karen prepared wonderful breakfast just for us on Sat and Sun morning. It was a quiet and peaceful weekend, just what we were looking for. Karen was the perfect host and I feel like I found a new friend!!!

My husband and I have never stayed at a B&B so we did not know what to expect. Karen the inn-keeper and owner is very gracious, hospitable and welcoming to her guests. She has a compassion in running this inn and guests feel this when they walk through the door. Her breakfast that she serves to her guests mimmick a 5 star restaurant. This inn is very beautiful and has spectacular views of Table Rock. My husband and I call this gem in the mountains our hide away and we will be frequent guests.

Great Place, great host, very helpful and went above and beyond expectations

The Inn at Table Rock was the perfect retreat we were looking for. The Inn is beautiful, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious and Karen made us feel so welcome. Anyone who enjoys bed and breakfasts must make a visit to this one. We were amazed how well we slept. It was very quiet, in spite of the fact that all the rooms were occupied. Looking forward to a return visit.

The Inn at Table Rock is a beautiful B & B. The owners are friendly, welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room and entire inn was spotless. The breakfast was outstanding everyday. We will highly recommend this inn.

It was my husband's and my first visit to a bed and breakfast. Karen and Dave welcomed us with great warmth. They were very open, honest, caring people. Our conversations were genuine. They 'guided us through' the local communities and how kind everyone was. People were truely polite everywhere we visited. The breakfasts were yummy, the rooms were clean, and the feeling of peace and serenity was upon us. Thanks for a wonderful stay Karen and Dave!

Every thing was very good. Only one problem. The water pressure was very low when taking a shower. There was a slight oder in the comode from the septic tank.

We stayed in the only bedroom located on the main floor. It's right off the livingroom and kitchen. We were kept awake until the last person went to bed and then early in the morning when the breakfast cooking started. As long as you don't stay on the first floor, you'll probably love it. Breakfast at the Inn was great, however, there's only one other restaurant within 30 miles or so. The restaurant, called Aunt Sue's, was mediocre. No other food supply of any kind (no grocery store--nothing). The area was great, but we ended up eating at Aunt Sue's three times during our weekend away.

We had a great time staying with Karen and Dave. Very comfortable rooms, great food, delightful hosts. We hope to come back again!

What a fabulous way to spend weekend. My wife and I needed a get away from the daily grind and were fortunate enough to be able to go to The Inn at Table Rock. Karen and Dave were the perfect hosts and Karen is a fabulous cook. The accommodations were perfect and we had the best time. The view from the front porch is breath taking. Whether you enjoy walks in the woods, which is right out the back door, or simply sitting and relaxing you can't go wrong at The Inn at Table Rock. Thank you Karen and Dave and we look forward to coming back.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had found a very special place. The delightful innkeepers, Karen and Dave, were most welcoming and shared special time with us the first evening. The inn has a wonderful view of Table Rock Mountain, and the location was perfect for seeing the waterfalls along the Cherokee Foothills scenic highway. We found 8 waterfalls in our two days there. If you are ambitious, there are about 31 waterfalls in the area, though some require a little hiking to reach. Our breakfasts were delicious, our room was beautifully decorated, and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend this inn.

This is the second time we have enjoyed our stay at the inn. Visiting with Karen and getting to meet her husband was like renewing a friendship. Our time was limited this visit but as always very enjoyable.

This was our first stay in a "true" B&B as the few we've previously stayed at still had that "hotel" feel. After a last minute decision to stay the night prior to a wedding we were attending, we could not find any vacancies! My mom was given the name of this B&B and miraculously they had two rooms available... only problem was the rates were a little more than our budgets could handle. Karen and Dave were MORE than accommodating to from working out something we were comfortable with and allowing our small children to stay! From the assortment of wines and snacks in the main room, to the bedrooms, to the wonderful breakfast served the next morning, I have not one negative thing to say. WONDERFUL experience and we'd definately come back!

This was our first time to stay in a B&B and Karen made it the best. our every need was taken care of. It was great to slow down and just relax, and you can certainly do it here. The breakfast was wonderful, thanks Karen for your recipe I can't wait to try it.

We really enjoyed our experience. We arrived with 3 children under 4 and Karen was so welcoming and great with the kids. What a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a family trip!

Karen and Dave are great hosts - and great breakfast makers. The Inn is clean, elegant, peaceful and very comfortable. Be aware that the two nearby restaurants are not open every day and/or close as early as 6. Your dining options if you arrive late afternoon may be limited to hot dogs at the little convenience store. If you bring something with you, the Inn has a couple of nice dining area you can use. I could probably have been satisfied with a couple of Karen's chocolate chip cupcakes.

The entire stay was great..Karen and Dave made sure that we felt at home. We had a slight problem the first night with the temperature and they went way above board to make our stay exceptional..The only thing that wasn't suberb was the breakfast..it was adequate, but not outstanding.

Spur of the moment decision turned out to be teh most beautiful, hospitable, wonderful place. Never having stayed in an Inn before, this was a great first experience. We will definitely go again!

What a beautiful bed and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The owners, Dave and Karen Jaworski were very hospitable. We felt very welcome from the moment Karen opened the door.

Inn was very much like home. Owners were quite hospitable and offered numerous local suggestions. We were visiting friends in RV and they allowed us to invite them for breakfast. Most enjoyable time.

Karen and Dave are excellent hosts: friendly, warm, and open. They go out of their way to meet your needs and to make your time there enjoyable. I read the reviews of their inn before making a reservation, wondering "Is this inn as good as the evaluations say?" It is. I had four luxurious days there.

Beautiful furnishings, historic time, what a treat.

My wife and I lodged at the Inn at Table Rock while attending a wedding being held at Table Rock State Park. Karen & Dave were fantastic hosts! The house is beautifully decorated and gives the traveler a feeling of warmth from the minute you enter. The breaKfast consisted of delicious pumpkin waffles with maple butter and classic syrup with bacon, coffee and juice. If your family plans to visit beautiful Table Rock State Park or if by chance you are traveling Highway 11 through northern Pickens County, SC, it would be well worth your time to rest a while and enjoy the Inn at Table Rock. My wife and I will be back.

Everything is exceptional there: the house, the amazing view around, service and atmosphere. Karen is gorgeous. It's a wonderful spot to be together with a partner to celebrate a special event. Very romantical. My friend doesn't treat me any differently than if he would the queen. Bringing me there was just one more proof to it. July 2009.

We discovered this Inn (under different management) April, '06 and recently spent 4 nights at the Inn at Table Rock. We came to explore Hwy. #11, and were not disappointed by it, nor by the Inn's new owner's gift of hospitality. The beautiful rooms are very comfortable and convenient, the atmophere is gracious and peaceful, and the food is well presented and delicious. It was difficult to leave its comfort each day to go out exploring all the interesting things to see in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for our 6 year anniversary and it was amazing. The house was beautiful and had such a relaxing, cozy atmosphere. The Innkeeper was very friendly and inspiring. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious, especiall the French Toast. We have been to about 8 different B&B and it this place was definitley in the top 2. I would highly recoomend it to those of you who love the outdoors, it is located next door to Table Rock, a very scenic mountain.

this place was just a FIND. The new owner Karen is WONDERFUL and she is really doing alot to add to the Inn. We stayed in 1994 on our honeymoon. It was great then, even better now. Exceptionally clean and the view is incrediable! Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful place that offers a relaxing atmosphere. Karen helped us to secure dinner plans for the evening that included entertainment at a local winery. The staff were extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. This is only the 2nd B&B I have stayed at but will definitely be back.
