Named for author Rosamunde Pilcher, this bright corner room features an antique mahogany bed, reading chairs, and a clawfoot tub and shower in the bathroom. The cheery blue and white decor is fresh and inviting.
The renovated bathroom features an antique clawfoot tub, separate walk in shower, and custom tile throughout.
This is our most talked about room and perhaps, the most unique. Its Out of Africa decor in warm caramel and earth tones features a beautiful mahogany faux fireplace, a queen size iron bed with romantic canopy curtains, and comfortable leather recliner.
Fully renovated, private bathrooms are a simple luxury in each of our guest rooms.
The Carolinian is the ultimate romantic getaway with its king sized sleigh bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub for two, and private sitting porch overlooking the gardens.
The luxurious fully renovated bathroom features a large two-person Jacuzzi tub, a separate cultured marble shower, and a Charleston inspired garden mural on the wall.
The private balcony in the Carolinian with a table, chairs, and a rocking bench invite you to relax in your own private outdoor space.
This romantic retreat is our largest room and our most popular for honeymoons and anniversaries. Decorated in periwinkle and soft yellow, this room is completely renovated! It boasts a king size sleigh bed, flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and sitting area in the spacious bedroom.
This cozy cottage room is recently redecorated in reds and golds. A beautiful quilt covers the queen bed, a corner desk is the perfect spot for your laptop, and the bright garden bathroom features a tub and shower.
The Greene Room boasts a 4-poster king bed with a feather mattress, an original wood burning fireplace, and a cozy sitting room perfect for the morning paper and coffee. The adjoining small bedroom and bath can be added on for an additional fee to make this suite a cozy home away from home.
Adjoining the Greene Room’s sitting room, is a separate cozy bedroom with a full size bed and second bath with shower. The soft white matelasse bedding, bead board walls, and bright windows create a charming bedroom is this suite.
This elegant suite sleeps two to four guests. The main bedroom boasts a king size four poster bed with a luxurious feather mattress, original wood burning fireplace, and a separate sitting room with wingback chairs and a second TV.

For the most amazing stay in Greenville's Historic District, you must stay here. You are made so welcome it feels like you are visiting family. Lori & Jeanette run a first class B & B. The cookies are totally addicting!! (They leave a cookie jar outside your door. Mistake for dieters!!) The meals are 5 star quality. You really don't need lunch if you eat a late breakfast. A small snack and a few cookies did us until dinner. Dinner....yeah, there's an amazing array of fine restaurants in Greenville, and Pettigru Place is literally 5 blocks from Downtown. We walked everywhere. Anyway, if you want a really fun, relaxing, delicious, and comfortable stay in a great city with tons to offer, YOU MUST STAY HERE!!!

We have been traveling to Greenville for 4 years to visit our children at college. We have stayed at the best hotels and decided to try this for a change. We will never go anywhere else! The service is amazing the the food is outstanding. My husband is a gourmet cook and was truly impressed at the breakfast!

My husband and I enjoy staying at B&Bs and will often get away just for the weekend so, over the years, we've see the good, bad, and the ugly. Lori's Pettigru Place is so far above good, I am straining for the words to give the potential guest an accurate picture. Her hospitality, the little touches in the rooms, extra special (wine and cheese in the late afternoon) services, amenities--and the fantastic gourmet breakfast. I would have to rank this B&B above any others we have enjoyed--and certainly for the price! We will DEFINITELY return.

The palmetto tropical decor features sage and burgundy in this bright and spacious room with a corner shower in the bath. The freshly painted soft yellow walls are warm and comforting. 

Adjoining the Greene Room’s sitting room, is a separate cozy bedroom with a full size bed and second bath with shower. What a neat place to celebrate my Birthday! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and Laurie, our host, was very accommodating and gracious. The breakfast was delicious!!!!We would certainly return again.

This is a lovely appointed B&B. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Their goal is to pamper you. I have never been so well rested in my life. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. I will go stay as often as possible.
