This is a beautiful home and Shirley & Frank were wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious from the Chateaubriand to the Crepes for breakfast. Wish we had been able to spend more time just relaxing and talking to them, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

I loved Ehrhardt Hall...very quaint and full of history...Shirley and Frank are very personable and make great pancakes. I loved the stories of the history of that place. Mike immediately wanted to get out his metal detector! The beds are comfortable and the price is right! I will stay there again.. Darlene Rogers

Three night stay was a wonderful experience. Charming old house with decor to match. Frank and Shirley were excellent host. Frank is extremely handy and Shirley is a good cook. Although this was our first experience at a B&B, we will go back again.

We stayed at Ehrhardt Hall while passing through Ehrhardt on vacation in South Carolina. We really enjoyed staying in this extraordinary B&B. Frank and Shirley were wonderful and most accommodating hosts they graciously welcomed us to Ehrhardt Hall. The Home was very clean and very spacious. The food was excellent as was the service. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend Ehrhardt Hall as a place to stay.

This is a lovely B & B located exactly halfway between our home and our daughter's home. We have stayed here 3 times and we have thoroughly enjoyed the stay each time. Shirley and Frank are such good hosts and excellent cooks. I have gluten intolerance and last time I came Shirley had baked bread that especially for me. We recommend this place without reservations. We hope to take the rest of our family there some day.

The pictures in no way do this place justice. It was so cute and nice. So many cool antiques and stuff to look at. The owners where great they told us all about the history of the place and the renovations they were making. They talked with you when you wanted and stayed out of your hair the rest of the time. My husband and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversay and so we got the candle lit dinner in our room. It was delicious! And so inexpensive to. It was better than most resturants and way cheaper. We drove about an hour and a half to get there and it was well worth the drive. What we spent in gas was well made up in the price and th quality of the place. needless to say we will be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ehrhardt Hall. I was visiting Fairfax on business, and this was a perfect location. I was in the Augusta Room, which was impeccably clean and very cozy. Working fireplace, excellent wi-fi, very comfortable bed. I was welcomed warmly by Shirley and Frank upon a later arrival. I enjoyed an elegantly dressed table every morning and in the evenings when I dined there. The food was superb - I highly recommend the shrimp and grits with andouille sausage! I plan to stay here on business again, and for a real vacation some time in the near future! A great find and an amazing bargain.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ehrhardt Hall for the weekend. I was visiting Ehrhardt for a Family Reunion and I can say had the pleasure of staying in this extrodinary B&B. frank and Shirley were wonderful and most accomodating hosts. The Home was very clean and very spacious. Due to travel difficulties I did not arrive until after 2AM. Shirley was up and most graciously welcomed us into her establishment. The food was excellent as was the service. I do look forward to my next visit.

When trying to find a comfort level that you would only expect at home, you must see and visit what I feel is one of the best B&B's in the U.S. Lots of room, comfortable beds, great food. What more can you ask for? Add to that the fact that the proprietors, Shirley and Frank. will do all that they can to ensure your comfort.

While on business in Bamberg I had the pleasure of spending almost two months with Frank and Shirley. This was the first time I had stayed at a B&B in the States and Came away feeling this was better than any European B&B that I had stayed in. I stayed in the Drayton library room which more than served my needs. The room was clean and the quiet. Frank and Shirley were more than gracious and the breakfast they prepared was fresh and filling. Dinner was as good as any 5 star restaurant. The owners take pride in their home and it shows....when I think of Southern Hospitality, I think of Frank and Shirley and Ehrhardt Hall. I look forward to my next visit.

I stayed for business travel but am considering coming back again later in the year for a personal trip heading toward Savannah. This was a beautiful B&B. I loved how it was decorated, the rates are very reasonable, the food was great, and I felt very welcome staying here. The hosts were very attentive to my needs while still respecting my space and privacy. It was perfect.

I stayed at this lovely B&B for 6 weeks in the summer. Frank and Shirley are wonderful hosts and even better cooks! The charm of the old South lives in this home that the owners are restoring. Wonderful furnishings and very clean and neat. I stayed in the Honeymoon suite which was always kept clean and neat. There were a number of repeat customers who came through the home while I was there and they all spoke very highly of their previous experiences. Its a little off the beaten path but worth it. A weekend getaway with Frank & Shirley's cooking is well worth the effort.
