Our 200+ year old downtown home is privately owned and operated by Jan and Mike Jacobson. We strive to provide clean and comfortable accommodations at the very best value. Guests can enjoy the comfort of an entire apartment in The Jacobson Building for the cost of a hotel room.

From I-26, take the Meeting Street/Visitor Info exit. Bear right onto Meeting Street toward downtown Charleston. Pass the Visitor Center on your right and go exactly 1 mile to the intersection of Meeting and Broad Streets. Turn left onto Broad Street. We are about 1/2 block before the end of Broad at 19 Broad on your right.
To park, continue down Broad Street 1/2 block and turn left onto East Bay Street. The City Parking Garage is your 2nd immediate right turn. You will see the signs for the garage. - Nearest major airport: Charleston, SC (CHS) 10 miles
