Our stay from beginning to end was just fabulous. I have always wanted to stay in a Historical house in South Carolina. The grounds and the house were large and grand. Bruce and Katherine were the best innkeepers with lots of care and love, made me feel like it was my house. The breakfasts made from scratch are to die for with homemade Jams and Coffee! The trees with the Spanish moss to the columned porch with white rocking chairs a dream come true. The tour was one of the highlight of stay. Bruce told stories that kept us intrigued and laughing. So much to see in Camden South Carolina well informed about the town and history. My husband needed to pry me off the porch some nights to go to dinner. Being from Utah we were their to see our son graduate from Basic at Fort Jackson. If we come back I know right where I am staying Bloomsbury Inn! Love to you always Bruce and Katherine, love Robin and Donavan Pomikala from Utah

Our one-night stay at Bloomsbury was very last minute. But that didn't matter to Katherine and Bruce, who welcomed us in - just in time for the afternoon wine. My husband and Bruce talked for hours about their college years at UGA. The house is more spectacular than the pictures, and we will return. Ouida and Phil Duluth, GA

Absolutely delighted with the accommodations, innkeepers Katherine and Bruce, the beautiful breakfast, great rooms, and just pulling up to the house is a treat. You just know you're in for something special and we weren't disappointed in any way. Hope to get back again, for longer, and take some time to explore the rest of this beautiful town.

We stayed at the Bloomsbury Inn in Camden, South Caroline, on August 15th 2014. Unfortunately just for one night due to our schedule, but it was enough to know that it was the correct choice. The house is absolutely amazing, and Bruce and Katherine, the perfect southern innkeepers. Our room - "Mary Chesnut" - was perfect, with all details, and the breakfast was amazing! Just an advice: take your time to listen to Bruce histories about the house and the history of Camden. Thank you very much Bruce and Katherine. María & Rodrigo

The price paid does not really reflect the excellent accommodations. Really worth more than charged compared to other stays at B&Bs. We would rate this at the top of our previous stays at more expensive inns we have stayed. They go beyond what most do and it shows how much they enjoy meeting new people and not just running a business. Can't wait to return.... still much to explore. Thanks for a memorable time!!!! Beautifully restored and tastefully decorated B and B. Bruce, the husband, is a charismatic and history detailed host. Katherine, the wife, is a terrific cook and decorator. Together they have shared Air Force careers, and have collected furnishings from all over the world where they lived. If you choose another B and B in Camden you have really missed an unique opportunity.

My husband took me here for my birthday. He asked Katherine to arrange to have a dozen roses in our room when we arrived...they were absolutely gorgeous! The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The evening social was so much fun and breakfast the next morning was fantastic. We had such a great time getting to know Bruce, Katherine and Miss Kitty. Would totally recommend Bloomsbury to all my friends...in fact I already have!!!!
