Booking cancelled or amended 15 – 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total accommodation amount. Bookings cancelled or amended 3 – 14 days prior to arrival will incur 75% of the total accommodation amount. Bookings cancelled or amended less than 48 hours will incur 100% of total accommodation amount. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Please note that until such time as this confirmation has been confirmed, the booking will be held as a provisional reservation and may be cancelled without notice. Should travel plans change during stay 48 hours notice is required. Non arrivals: - 100% of the total bill will be incurred. Please note that all rooms are strictly no smoking. Ashtrays are provided on the patio for those who smoke. Penalties will be levied without consultation should the non-smoking policy be ignored.
