    Hisa Brdo is a 200 year old house situated in a small hamlet 2km from the village of Grahovo in the picturesque Baca valley which winds its way into the Julian Alps. Hisa Brdo is a small guest house with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and has been renovated to a high standard in order to accommodate modern day living whilst retaining its traditional features and charm. Grahovo was the chosen location for the first full length Slovenian movie. The movie, Na Svoji Zemlji (On our own land), was filmed in 1946, just after the 2nd WW in Grahovo and in the neighboring village of Koritnica.
