The bed & breakfast is graced with carved mantels, fireplaces, period antiques, reproductions, and collectibles. For example, Betty displays her large collection of dolls throughout the house. There is a game room in which you'll find a traditional billiards table plus nooks for board games, including a chess set with Civil War characters. The main guest rooms each have a four poster queen bed, private attached modern bath and ceiling fans. The atmosphere is informal and friendly. Breakfast is served in a common dining room that is adjacent to the kitchen area allowing guests and hosts to converse while breakfast is being prepared and served. There is a small private off street parking lot, many flower gardens and a nice front porch with a wisteria vine, rocking chairs and a great proch swing.

Breezee Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast is small, private, and designed as a romantic getaway. It is close to Whitetail, C and O Canal and Fort Frederick.
