Cancellations:
Cancellation must be within 10 days of the reserved date. The Inn will retain 10% of the cost of the room for each day that it is not cancelled, up to 100% on the date of the reservation (the cost of one night stay). Eg.- If the room is cancelled eight days before the date of the reservation, the inn will retain 20% of the cost of one night stay. If the reservation is made after the 10 day time frame, each day is 10% from the 100% for one night stay. Eg.-Three days before the date of reservation, the cancellation policy will start at the 70% retained by the inn and go to 100% of one night stay on the date reserved.
