Piries Hotel
Built by the renowned Scottish architect Piries in 1845, the hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian building consisting of three separate townhouses tastefully combined to provide accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere with a great deal of character and charm.

From Edinburgh Haymarket Train Station – From Haymarket Train Station turn left onto Haymarket Terrace. Walk for about 200 metres and you will see Coates Gardens on the right hand side across the road.
From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station – Once out of the station cross Waverley Bridge and turn left upon reaching Princes Street. Walk down Princes Street, Shandwick Place and West Maitland Street until you reach Haymarket Terrace. Coates Gardens is on the Right hand side across the raod.
