Here at Kaimes Guest House you can be assured of quality accommodation combined with excellent service. This Victorian building is situated 15 - 20 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh City Centre. The Edinburgh Castle, The Edinburgh International Conference Centre, The Usher Hall, The Kings Theatre are just some of the attractions which you will be able to see and enjoy. We also have an excellent bus service which operates from outside our guesthouse and the journey via bus takes approximatley 5 - 10 minutes to travel into the heart of the city centre (Princess Street). The journey via bus cost £1.20 per adult for a single journey and £2.50 for a day saver and this is valid until midnight which you able to purchase on the bus. Please note to have the exact fare when traveling via bus as this service does not provide you with change and the exact bus fare should be provided. We are ideally situated for you to see the sights of Edinburgh or enjoy the many clubs, pubs and restaurants that Scotland's capital has to offer. Our staff will accommodate all your requirments and tours can also be arranged upon request. The Kaimes Guest House is a beautifully decorated Victorian House which is centrally located and has 12 bedrooms which consist of family rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms and single rooms. Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities. All rooms have colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and iron is provided on request. All the rooms are immaculate and freshly decorated. We offer a choice of full cooked Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast. The continental breakfast consists of cheese slices, ham/chicken slices, cakes, fresh fruit, a large varitey of cerels, fresh orange juice, tea/coffee and brown/white toast.
