Directions to property:
We are conveniently located close to the city centre. Ask anyone and they will know where Princes Street is. Once on Princes Street head away from the castle.

Veer left into Leith Street (A900 Leith). Continue down Leith Street going straight over at the round-a-bout - you will pass the Playhouse Theatre on your right. Again go straight over at the second round-a-bout taking you on to Leith Walk. Pilrig Street will appear on your left.

Once in Pilrig Street, Fraoch House is on your left hand side, number 66.
Directions from airport:
A taxi will cost approximately £15-£20. The airport bus costs £3.50 one way to Waverley Station. From Waverley Station You can get the number 11 bus which will cost £1.20, or a taxi which will cost approximately £5. The Lothian Buses service number 11 stops right outside our front door. Deposit amount required (You may make reservations up to one year in advance. Prior to your arrival please try to give us an indication of your arrival time. If the expected arrival time is going to be significantly delayed (greater than 3 hours), please contact us. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay. Your card will only be debited in the event that you fail to show up for your room. If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling 50% of the total bill - made payable to Fraoch House - must be received within 14 days of arrival.)
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so as soon as possible, but not less than 7 days prior to arrival. A cancellation note will be sent and should be retained as proof of cancellation. If you cancel a guaranteed reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, you will be liable to pay 50% of the total cost of your reservation. If you cancel a guaranteed reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival, you will be liable to pay the total cost of your reservation in full. If we manage to fill the availability, we will endeavour to minimise the cancellation cost to you.
