Errolbank Guest House is a Beautiful & Clean Bed & Breakfast situated at the popular quiet and safe residential area of Dundee within close distance to the City Centre both universities hospitals golf courses main shopping and entertainment areas restaurants and pubs with ample on site and off site free parking spaces. We have been running as a Bed & Breakfast for nearly 20 years and cater for the many different types of visitors to Dundee. Wheather it's business or pleasure that brings you to Dundee you will find our place very appealing to you. We take pride in our cleanliness and our excellent service - always with a smile :) All our rooms are en-suite with the exception of one which has private facilities cosy and comfortable and equipped with coffee / tea / hot chocolate making facilities and Freeview TV. There is also free fast WiFi available throughout the Guest House. Also many of our Guests are returning customers coming to re-live their pleasant experience of being here. We specialist in giving free travel advice and maps to tourists travelling around Dundee or Scotland having travelled extensively nationally and internationally. We also have close contacts with the 2 local universities Dundee & Abertay and Ninewells Hospital and if you are coming to Dundee related to these we can be of help.

Aberdeen (A90) - North|Road|0|Coming along A90 upon reaching Dundee (at the Shell Petrol Station) turn left along the Kingsway Dual Carriageway. At the next roundabout take 4th exit (2 o'clock) into Old Craigie Road. At end of the road turn left into Arbroath Road and next right into Dalgleish Road. We are at the bottom of the road and on the left.;Perth (A90) - West / South|Road|0|At 1st roundabout (Swallow / Landmark) turn right into Riverside Drive and drive straight through many roundabouts passing the airport Tesco railway station Discovery Point etc whilst all the time following signs for Aberdeen. Once past the City Centre and then the Docks Industrial Area the road rises in an 'S' bend joins and becomes Broughty Ferry Road. The next left is Dalgleish Road and we are on the right.;
