    • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your anticipated arrival date: We will attempt to re-let your room(s) and will refund your card if we are able to do so, taking a £10 administration charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of your anticipated arrival: We will retain the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your anticipated arrival date, or no-shows will result in the full cost of the stay being charged. If you have any concerns regarding cancellations, it is worth checking your Travel Insurance Policy.
