Sunnyside Cottage was built in 1841 and is one of the oldest buildings in the area. It has a B&B history spreading back over 60 years. It boasts an AA 3 star rating and a 3 star Visit Scotland rating. A deceptively large cottage with six en suite rooms each with its own style of décor. Continually modernised and upgraded to meet the needs of the 21st century guest it still retains its warm cottage feel. Free WiFi internet access. An ideal stopping place to visit Balloch Castle Loch Lomond the historic City of Glasgow Stirling Edinburgh and the Trossachs by road or rail. We are also well placed for those who love to ramble. Why not visit Dumbarton the ancient capital of the kingdom of Strath-clyde and Dumbarton castle sited on a 240ft high volcanic plug. We are also offering Classic VW Camper hire travel Scotland and the Lake District in 1960 and 1970's style. All our campers are fully kitted out with cooker fridge sink beds and plent more. We have our own private car park enough for all our rooms and some to spare. A secure courtyard is available for motor bikes and cycles. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement for a charge of £5 per stay.

Balloch|Road|1.5|On the A82 at the Stoneymollan roundabout turn for Balloch & Stirling on the A811. At the next Roundabout ( approx 300 Mtrs away) head Straight over. At the next roundabout ( within a mile) turn Right on the A813 for Jamestown and Bonhill. Just under a mile further down the road you will approach a small roundabout go Straight on and SLOW DOWN! We are about 200 mtrs further on the LEFT Please park on the RIGHT Hand side in the bays marked B&B.;
