The Shelter Stone is one of the few listed buildings in Aviemore so please respect the old girl's creaks!!! There is plenty of off road parking at the front of the house or it is only a couple of minutes in a taxi from the railway station. It is centrally located on the main road only a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars. There is a comfortable lounge with freesat tv and several books and boardgames are available for our guests relaxation. The separate dining room also has an open fire. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier iron and board clothes airer. There are 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12 in total...2 have ensuite showers and wc and 1 has ensuite bath and wc. A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests. The Shelter Stone Bothy has 1 twin and 1 double bedroom sleeping maximum 4 people. The lounge has freesat tv and the kitchen/dining area has an electric cooker (with ceramic hob) fridge and microwave. An iron and board is also available. The wc and shower room completes the internal facilities. Outside there is a small enclosed patio with BBQ and offroad parking to the front.

It is on the other side of the road diagonally opposite The Church of Scotland.;A9 Aviemore junction|Road|2|As you head north up the A9 take the turning to the right marked Aviemore. Turn left at 1st junction. Straight ahead at roundabout. (Italian restaurant to lhs) Carry on straight at next roundabout (RBS at rhs). The Shelter Stone is just a few hundred yards on the left hand side of the street. Parking in front of the house.;
