Situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village we are ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the facilities in Aviemore and the area without being in amongst it all. The centre of the village is about a 15-20 minute walk away and if that's too much there are taxis available 24 hours. We try and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. Hopefully you will feel at home here during your stay and should you require something that doesn't come as standard we will endeavour to provide it. Our guests enjoy free WiFi access Flat screen tv's digital tv channels DVD players tea and coffee making facilities in rooms and individually controlled central heating. We have a small DVD library for you to borrow from and a selection of maps and guide books for the area. In the rooms there are information guides and in the foyer there are information racks full of leaflets. For breakfast there is a selection of cereals yogurts juices and fruit. And if you can fit it in a full cooked breakfast. We can cater for vegetarians vegans and coeliacs with advance notice.

Inverness|Air|40|Inverness airport is our nearest. There is a bus into Inverness from the airport where you can either catch a bus or train to Aviemore. There is car hire at the airport.;Aviemore station|Train|1|It is recommended you take a taxi from the railway station as it is a 20-25 minute walk to the house.;Inverness|Road|29|Head south on A9 take the 1st exit for Aviemore. Once in the 30 mile hour limit look out for housing estate on left opposite there is a field with a right turn at the end of the field this is the road to Carn Mhor. The road is single track and unpaved we are at the end of this road.;Perth|Road|80|Head north on the A9 following signs for Inverness. Take the exit for Aviemore drive through the village at the north edge of the village approx 2 miles look out for Carn Mhor B&B sign on the left at the top of a small incline. The road is single track and unpaved and is situated between a house and a field. Drive to the top of the road we are at the end.;
