LAKE MARION B&B #1 - Totally Private Lakefront Home on 1.8 areas with large sandy beach and beautiful sunsets. Large lakehouse with four BRs and two BAs and only one couple and their family will use the house each evening. Standard breadfast foods will be provided along with special requests and guests will prepare their own breadfast in complete privacy and may eat breadfast in their PJs in front of a roaring fire while watching the morning sun rise over beautiful Lake Marion. All cookware, glassware, china and silverware will be set out for easy access. Property has large fishing pier, boat ramp, 280 feet of sandy beach, beach shower, beach firepit area and a separate house for a game room with ping pong and fooseball tables. Home has large screened front porch with rocking chairs & swings, pool table, DirectTV, VCR, DVD player plus stereo system and large raised fireplace. Fireplace will be prepared and guests only need to light the fire. Two bicycles are provided for mornings exercise rides in the quiet waterfront neighborhood and a canoe is provided for fishing or sunset boat rides.

LAKE MARION B&B #2 - A Totally Private Lakeview Home located directly across the street from B&B #1. Only one guest/couple and their family will use the house each evening. Standard breadfast foods will be provided along with special requests and guests will prepare their own breadfast in complete privacy and may eat breadfast in their PJs in front of a roaring fire or watch the morning sun rise while sitting on the deck. This Lakeview Home has three BRs, two BAs, fireplace, DirectTV with VCR, DVD and stereo system. Home has large private deck off dining room with 27 ft. above ground swimming pool. Deck is private with warm shower and views of the lake and wooded areas. Guests at B&B #2 may use the fishing pier and beach at B&B #1. A canoe is provided for sunset canoe rides and fishing. B&B #1 & #2 are four miles off I-95 at exit #102....(A)If you are traveling North on I-95, take exit #102, travel about 100 yds on the exit ramp and then turn right onto Road 400 and you will pass between the Hot Spot Service Station and Lenora's Hotel(now goto C).....(B) If you are traveling South on I-95, take the #102 exit and at the bottom of the exit ramp turn left. Travel under I-95 and then turn left onto Road 400 and pass between the Hot Spot Service Station and Lenora's Hotel. (now goto C) .....(C)Everyone now travel 100 yds on Rd 400 and stop. Turn left on Dingle Pond Rd. Dingle Pond Rd takes a shart right after one mile. Preceed on Dingle Pond Rd another two miles to the first paved road on your right, which is Princess Pond Rd. Turn right on on Princess Pond Rd and note that it takes a sharp left turn when it reaches Lake Marion. Proceed another 1.2 miles and you will see a tennis court and a yellow curve sign beside the road on your right. Count five driveways on your right after the curve sign and you should be at B&B #1 which is located at 3296 Princess Pond Rd. The house number and a B&B sign is located in fromt of the lakehome. Enter B&B #1 from either driveway. B&B #2 is the gray and white house directly across the street. The address of B&B #2 is 3333 Princess Pond Rd and a green street number and B&B sign mark the home.
