The Society House offers visitors to Charleston’s historic district accommodations comprised exclusively of historic luxury suites with a level of comfort that rivals the finest luxury hotels of Charleston. The structure, built in 1801, was fully renovated in 2008 into luxury residential condominiums, and all accommodations have since been modified to meet the high standards of Charleston visitors. The Society House is ideal for sophisticated travelers that prefer the feel of a private townhome rather than a hotel or inn. Located at Society and King Streets in the very center of the heart of historic Charleston, one, two or even three nights may not be enough with all of the innovative restaurants to dine in, the unique shops to visit, and the historic sites, landmark homes, and ancient gardens to tour. Stay a week or longer, but why stay cooped up in a typical hotel room when you can stay in an expansive, fully furnished and equipped residence at the Society House? Choose from one or two bedrooms with more room than you’ll find in a traditional hotel. Thanks to the Society House, it is no longer necessary to accept a downgrade in accommodations when you travel away from home.

If you find a lower price for the same room on the same dates at the same B&B, and contact us within 24 hour of making your booking, we will refund the difference in price to you.
